Mike's post about using the command line to view his agenda/tasks reminded me of the heady days when I lived in Mutt, Taskwarrior, and VimWiki. I was just thinking about all this yesterday as I jumped between task management tools seemingly at random. It was a good system.

Tinkering is fun, but I should be spending my time making things with the computer rather than just rearranging how the computer does things.

The more I lean into using Org-mode files for everything, the more isolated I'm feeling. It may be irrational, because "plain text", but having to export or otherwise translate everything when I post to my blog or other tools is becoming less fun. Org-mode Island is beautiful, but lonely.
